Positioning and communication
A messaging framework, website refresh, launch narrative or editorial program. Explain the audience insight, the choices you made and how you assessed whether the message worked.
Build a clear market position and a disciplined marketing function. Connect thoughtful storytelling, audience insight and measurable growth for a digital-asset technology project in preparation.
Arclight Digital Assets is a Miami-based startup project in preparation, focused on digital-asset research, financial technology and operating design. The planned Vice President of Marketing role would establish how the project communicates its purpose, understands its audiences and develops a responsible approach to future market entry.
This is a strategic and hands-on mandate. Work with project leadership and relevant functions to develop positioning, build useful content, define marketing systems and test ideas against evidence. The starting point is an early-stage project: resources, product readiness, spending authority and hiring capacity must be assessed before programs or growth targets are committed.
The planned arrangement is full-time and remote within the United States. Expressions of interest are welcome; no start date is confirmed. Arclight is not yet incorporated. The legal employing entity, eligible work-state arrangements, reporting relationship and final terms must be established in a written offer before employment begins.
The public website currently provides information and inquiry forms. It does not provide customer financial accounts, deposits, wallet connections or transaction services. Marketing must accurately distinguish research and planned capabilities from services that are actually available.
Develop audience research, a clear value proposition and a consistent messaging framework. Define how Arclight can be understood on its own merits within digital assets and financial technology. Translate technical concepts into useful explanations without overstating readiness, credentials or capabilities.
Prioritize audience segments, channels and testable campaign hypotheses. Design proportionate programs across owned content, search, relevant communities, partnerships and carefully evaluated paid channels. Align any launch or acquisition program with verified product readiness and approved resources.
Build an editorial plan with research and subject-matter contributors. Develop source-based articles, website copy, presentations and future product communications that address real audience questions. Establish clear authorship, approval, correction and update practices.
Define how inquiries are captured, categorized, followed up and handed to the appropriate owner. Establish consent, communication preferences, suppression and unsubscribe practices with qualified privacy support. Separate recruitment records from marketing audiences; an application is not marketing consent.
Set useful measures for audience quality, engagement, qualified inquiries and channel performance. Establish reporting definitions, attribution limits and experiment reviews. Build proposed budgets from available resources, evaluate vendor costs and explain what evidence supports continuing, changing or stopping a program.
Create briefs, calendars, documentation and quality standards for distributed contributors. Recommend the right balance of internal capability and external specialists as needs become clear. Define agency scopes, deliverables, approval rights and performance reviews before committing work.
Coordinate with project leadership and appropriate legal, compliance and technical specialists on sensitive claims. Require evidence for performance statements, testimonials, partnerships and product descriptions. Avoid unsupported return promises, implied regulatory approval and presentation of planned services as live offerings.
We evaluate relevant work, judgment and results. No specific university, degree or certification is required by this brief.
Begin with your professional profile and a concise introduction. If you have suitable public or anonymized work samples, include links to two or three examples and explain your specific contribution, the constraints and the outcome.
A messaging framework, website refresh, launch narrative or editorial program. Explain the audience insight, the choices you made and how you assessed whether the message worked.
A campaign or channel initiative with its objective, baseline, resource limits and results. Describe the quality of the response and what you would change with the benefit of hindsight.
An anonymized reporting approach, lifecycle design or process improvement. Show how it supported decisions, respected communication preferences and improved follow-through.
A situation involving a difficult tradeoff, an unsupported claim or a team challenge. Explain how you handled disagreement and balanced business objectives with responsible communication.
Share only materials you are authorized to disclose. Remove confidential budgets, customer data and employer information. Existing or anonymized work is sufficient; we do not ask candidates to deliver unpaid custom campaigns, publish content or perform live business work as part of this introduction process.
After formal employment begins, priorities would be agreed with project leadership against actual resources and readiness. The outline below is illustrative; it is not a confirmed launch schedule, spending commitment or employment term.
Review project facts, audience needs, existing communications and available systems. Map readiness gaps, establish baseline measures and identify claims or workflows that need specialist review.
Propose the positioning framework, editorial priorities and marketing operating plan. Define consent-aware inquiry handling, reporting standards, approval responsibilities and a resource-based test plan.
Run approved, proportionate pilots using the agreed resources. Review audience quality and evidence, document lessons and recommend the next priorities, budget choices and capability needs.
This is the planned annual base salary range for the full-time U.S. remote role. Any individual offer will reflect qualifications and relevant experience. It is separate from potential additional compensation and is subject to establishment of the employing entity and a written employment offer.

Medical, dental and vision coverage, dependent coverage options and mental health support, subject to the final plans.
401(k) retirement plan participation and potential employer contributions, plus life and short- and long-term disability insurance, subject to the adopted plans and eligibility.
Paid vacation, company holidays, sick leave and parental leave, with policies, eligibility and any applicable work-state requirements confirmed before employment.
Company-provided equipment and appropriate home-office and connectivity support for productive, secure work from home.
Relevant education, leadership development, coaching and industry participation, within approved plans and budgets.
Performance-based bonus opportunities and potential equity participation may be discussed as part of an offer, only if approved and documented in writing.
Benefits are not yet finalized. Availability, coverage, employer contributions, incentive awards, leave provisions and eligibility will be confirmed in the final written offer and applicable plan documents. No bonus, equity award, matching percentage or particular benefit amount is guaranteed by this brief.
The introduction process is intended to establish relevant experience and mutual fit while organizational preparation continues. The recruiting contact will confirm any invitations, stages and timing individually. Submitting interest does not guarantee an interview or an offer.
Share your profile, your interest in the role and a concise summary of the marketing functions or programs you have led. Existing work samples are optional at this initial stage.
Discuss your results, approach to early-stage marketing, working arrangements and questions about project readiness, resources and decision-making authority.
Walk through permitted examples of your work and discuss positioning, channel choices, measurement and responsible claims. Any discussion format will be explained in advance; no unpaid custom campaign or live company work is required.
If the process progresses, references and appropriate checks may be requested with the required notices and authorization. A written offer must identify the legal employing entity, work location, reporting relationship, responsibilities, compensation, conditions and proposed start date before employment begins.
Arclight is committed to considering qualified applicants fairly, without discrimination on any basis protected by applicable law. This is a planned role accepting expressions of interest while the startup project and employment arrangements are being established. Arclight is not yet incorporated, and no start date is confirmed. This brief does not constitute an employment offer.
The intended arrangement is remote within the United States. State-specific employment arrangements, collaboration hours, possible travel and any sponsorship questions must be confirmed before an offer. This page does not promise visa sponsorship or eligibility in every state.
These are matters to establish during the selection process. This brief does not assume an existing marketing team, an approved budget or commercially available financial products. The mandate begins with assessing the actual resources and agreeing a realistic scope.
No. A professional introduction is enough to begin. Later conversations may explore public or anonymized examples of prior work. Do not share confidential information or undertake unpaid custom campaigns or live business work for the project.
A successful form submission records your introduction. If there is an appropriate next step, the recruiting contact can arrange a conversation. For a status inquiry, email careers@arclightdigitalassets.com with your name, the role and submission date. There is no guaranteed response or interview timetable.
Review the project facts and current status, research articles and disclosures. Bring questions about the planned operating model, decision rights, approved claims and the milestones required before any market launch.
Share the experience, judgment and marketing perspective you would bring to the planned role. Read the preparation-stage details before introducing yourself.
